For each member, Lidogo has a Member Profile page. In addition, througout the site a member's username may be displayed along with a link to the member's profile page. Within this page visitors can view the following user information:
Trip Plans
Members of Lidogo have the ability to create trip plans (itineraries) for trips. In addition, members are provided with two links to share these trip plans (detailed information, less detailed information). These shareable links are not password protected and can be accessed by anyone with that particular link.
Information contained within these trip plans are voluntarily submitted and users create trip plans with the understanding that these plans can be accessed through these shareable links. This information can be conisdered to be PII. The only method to secure this trip related data is to not create a trip plan within the platform.
Automatically Collected Information
A cookie is a small file that a website transfers to a computer to allow it to remember specific information about a session while the user is connected. A computer will only share the information in the cookie with the website that provided it, and no other website can request it. There are two types of cookies:
Advertisements

Lidogo (lidogo.com)
- Lidogo is a website for members and general site visitors.
- The company utilizes third party (remote) servers to retain its data and all website related functionality, including backup protocols. Go Trip Network Inc. outsources the hosting (including Lidogo), management of the site as it relates to hosting, databases, email and other IT functionalites to a third party (GoDaddy).
- Use of a third party permits Go Trip Network to utilize their economies of scale, expertise and network in an attempt to maximize the sites performance and security.
- Lidogo.com does not offer a Do Not Track request option. Users that do not agree to this policy should not create an online profile within the Lidogo platform.
PRIVACY POLICY
- Go Trip Network, Inc. DOES NOT sell user specific PII to third parties, and only uses it for internal purposes.
- Using Lidogo you are giving Go Trip Network, Inc. the right to release collective data to report trends where your data is compiled along with other members (# members with plans to XYZ, # users on the site for a paricular day, # of members, etc.).
- Go Trip Network may get requests for account information from law enforcement authorities like the police or for use in courts. These requests may require the release of user related information, including PII.
- Go Trip Network does not retain personal information from general site visitors within its databases. Some information is collected from all site visitors that does not reside in our databases:

- Lidogo is a website that also has members. For its members (registered users) Go Trip Network retains user information that is voluntarily submitted through forms, and is used to create Member Profiles - see Public Member Profiles.
- Submitting PII through our website is voluntary. The only information that is required to become a member are a unique email address and a password. Other information shared and retained includes, but may not be limted to: name, address, and phone number.
- Go Trip Network may use email addresses to send messages to a user regarding their account or changes to this policy.
- Other PII can be supplied by users as they use various functions within the site, see - Public Member Profile, Trip Plans.
- Users may also voluntarily choose to share photos or trip information that could be considered PII.
- Users that do not agree to this policy should not create an online profile within the Lidogo platform.
- For each member Lidogo will display some user information. See - Public Member Profile
- Go Trip Network utilizes third party processors to conduct credt card transactions.
- Those credit card transactions are conducted on those party's sites and all terms, conditions and policies for those sites apply to the transactions being conducted.
- Transitons to these pages are very clear to the user and they do not utilize the same formatting as Lidogo.
- Go Trip Network does not retain (digitally or written) any credit card information of our customers, members, users or visitors.
For each member, Lidogo has a Member Profile page. In addition, througout the site a member's username may be displayed along with a link to the member's profile page. Within this page visitors can view the following user information:
- Username
- Profile Picture: This picture is voluntarily supplied by the user, or is populated with a generic profile cartoon
- Badges: These badges represent activity of the user within the site, as well as their habits
- Motto (optional)
- Country (optional)
- Join Date
- Active Discussions (optional/voluntary)
Trip Plans
Members of Lidogo have the ability to create trip plans (itineraries) for trips. Automatically Collected Information
- We collect and temporarily store certain information about a visit for use in site management and security purposes only. We collect and analyze this information because it helps us to better design our website to suit the user's needs.
- Go Trip Network does utilize analytics programs, currently Matomo, as well as "share" buttons. These applications may utilize cookies and users utilize the website with the undersanding that these items are in use.
- Though the data is not stored by Go Trip Network, analytic programs collect data including, but not limited to:
- The Internet domain from which a user accesses our website (for example, “xcompany.com” if a user uses a private Internet access account, or “yourschool.edu” if they connect from an educational domain);
- The Internet Protocol (IP) address (a unique number for each computer connected to the Internet) from which a user accesses our website;

- Refunds of any credit card transactions associated with the minor's profile will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

- Lidogo does not guarantee any conversions or sales for any listing within the site.
- Go Trip Network/Lidogo does not hold any advertising funds in escrow and all advertising revenues are available for immediate use by the company.
